The AlpinaSuite Method is a premium learning experience designed for holiday rental owners who want to elevate their business with judgement, aesthetics and strategy.

It includes the 60-chapter interactive ebook, the Pack Guide, the Questions & Answers, The Method in Action and five proprietary digital tools —My Project, Editable Contracts, Advanced Profitability Calculator, Purchase Diagnosis and Cleaning Management—, all gathered in one place and designed to offer a carefully crafted experience from start to finish. By accessing the Method you implicitly accept the terms described below.

01 · Terms of use

Private access, designed for you

Access to the AlpinaSuite Method is personal, individual and non-transferable. It is given to the buyer as part of a private, carefully crafted experience, and its use is reserved exclusively for the purchaser.

  • Access is strictly personal and linked to the buyer.
  • Sharing links, passwords or access credentials is not permitted.
  • Distributing, copying or disseminating the content by any means is not permitted.
  • Reselling, reusing or incorporating the material into your own or third-party products is not permitted.
  • In the event of misuse, AlpinaSuite reserves the right to cancel access with no right to a refund.
02 · Intellectual property

Content created from scratch

All the content that forms part of the AlpinaSuite Method —ebook, guide, contracts, calculator, diagnosis, cleaning management, The Method in Action, methodology, texts, design and visual resources— is the exclusive property of AlpinaSuite.

Its reproduction in whole or in part, as well as its adaptation, translation or dissemination by any means, is prohibited without express written authorisation, under the terms of the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law.

03 · Limitation of liability

A guide, not a guarantee

The AlpinaSuite Method shares an approach, a methodology and a set of resources built from real experience. However, its content is educational and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

  • No specific financial results or returns are guaranteed.
  • The content is educational and informative in nature, not professional or personalised.
  • Each user is responsible for interpreting and applying the method in their own business.
  • The results of the Advanced Profitability Calculator and the Purchase Diagnosis are estimates calculated with the data the user enters. They help to position and compare, they do not replace professional advice and do not constitute a forecast.
04 · Use of contracts and documents

Templates that support, not replace

The contracts and documents included in the Method are designed as guidance-only, editable templates, intended to make holiday rental owners' daily work easier.

  • They are editable, guidance-only documents, not final versions.
  • They must be adapted by the user to their specific situation, location and circumstances.
  • AlpinaSuite is not responsible for the use each user makes of them.
  • AlpinaSuite does not guarantee their legal validity in all cases or in all jurisdictions.
  • If you consider it necessary, we recommend reviewing them with a professional you trust.

We see the contracts as a solid starting point, built from experience, which the user can customise to reflect their own situation faithfully.

05 · Included tools

Everything inside, nothing extra

The five digital tools —My Project, Editable Contracts, Advanced Profitability Calculator, Purchase Diagnosis and Cleaning Management— are part of the AlpinaSuite Method and open from inside it: My Project from the side menu, and the others under «AlpinaSuite Tools». They are not sold separately and require no additional payment.

  • Access is activated after purchase, with the same Method key, and remains linked to the buyer.
  • It is not transferable and may not be assigned to third parties. The access key is personal and must be treated as such.
  • The data you enter in the tools is processed in your browser. AlpinaSuite neither receives nor stores it; some of it (custom costs, cleaning checklists, history) is saved only on the device you use them from, and is lost if you clear the browser data.
  • The Method in Action unlocks when you finish reading the 60 chapters, as part of the same experience.
06 · Legal framework

The rules behind it

These terms are governed by Spanish law and are complemented by the AlpinaSuite legal terms (legal notice, purchase terms, privacy and cookies). If you buy as a consumer, you keep at all times the rights the law grants you.

Closing

A living framework

The Method is served from a fixed link and evolves: every improvement, chapter or tool added is included at no extra cost, and the buyer always accesses the latest version. There is nothing to download or reinstall.

AlpinaSuite reserves the right to update these terms when necessary, in order to maintain the coherence and quality of the Method. The updated versions will always be the ones in force. This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
